Seminarios MUVA URJC Online mediante Microsoft Teams, MostolesBiomedical images are a rich source of information to study functional genomics, diseases and treatments. In this talk, I will describe our research on how to identify single cells in microscopy images, as well as how to phenotype and characterize their morphology using deep learning.
